ISO 9000 quality system is in place and all products and tested fully assembled before dispatch to site. Premium quality componants are used in all constructions, resulting in a product designed for lifetime useage.

We also build and install security doorsets to HM Government security standards.

SERVICE
Our company are pleased to supply only our products and willwork closely with main contractors to ensure a 'right first time' quality, but we prefer to take responsibilty ourselves for installation to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

CONSTRUCTION
By using different matrices and cores of the highest quality hardwood lamets, redwood, hardwood, plywood and dissimmiler materials including carbon, hardened, martensitic and manganese steels, opaque armour, lead sheets and other inert
components, the performance required can be achieved.

FINISH
The manufacturing process, including the hot press, allows for a variety of finishes to be provided. These include all available hardwood veneers with matching on leaves and overpanels, plastic laminates, raised and fielded panels, applied mouldings, flush panels and complete steel envelopes, all of which are decorated to the clients specification. Additionaly door blanks of up to 1.5m wide and 3.0m high can be bonded in one piece.

GLAZING
Door vision panels are fabricated and internal security fixed, being glazed with the appropriate thickness of either laminated glass, polycarbonate or a combination of the two.

LOCKING
Most specialist heavy-duty multriple bolting systems are fitted to the security doorsets . All other forms of locking are applied, including electrical units with cable runs hidden in the dor cores, all for connection to alarm or access control systems and close alarm wiring and radio antenna hands free.
The final process in the manufacturing stage involves each door being fully checked and operated in teh test rig before despatch.

INSTALLATION
The company's own installation service will ensure a complete installation but supply only contracts are also welcome.
